The hotel's close proximity to Victoria station is a definite plus. It felt like I had a teleportation device to whisk me away to other parts of London effortlessly. It was incredibly convenient and made me feel like I had my own personal express train service at my disposal.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides a meeting room that can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people, and has business-friendly amenities including free Wi-Fi and a computer for guest use. The meeting room was well-equipped and the free Wi-Fi was reliable, which made my work easier during the stay.

I missed having a dedicated business center with printing and scanning services, which would have been convenient for my work needs.

The staff offered a cold drink on my first stay, so thoughtful. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and air conditioning. I always come back, even for Christmas. It's just right for me.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights while exploring the city. Perfectly located near the underground and coach station, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always ready to help. They even accommodated our request to switch to a quieter room. I also appreciated the option to leave our bags after checking out. The rooms at Best Western Buckingham Palace Rd are just what I needed – cozy with that lovely modern touch. The updated rooms with the stripy red carpet felt refreshing and homely.

I personally found the red carpet a bit too bold for my taste.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with storing our bags before and after check-out. The continental breakfast was delivered every morning to our door and there was plenty of food. The location was fantastic, being right at Victoria train/tube/coach station and near a Sainsbury's supermarket. We were able to easily access transportation and fantastic local restaurants.
